2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are subject to change based on market rates of gold, silver, and gemstones.

  • We accept payments via cash, debit/credit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and approved EMI options.

  • Full payment must be made before dispatch or handover of the product.

3. Order

 

  • Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer secure, insured shipping across India. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

  • Mahalaxmi Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Returns

  • Products can be  within 7 days of purchase (unworn and in original condition), subject to inspection.

  • No returns or exchanges on or damaged items.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original mode of payment.

6. Guarantee & Authenticity

  • All jewellery is hallmarked and certified as per industry standards.

  • We provide authenticity certificates for diamond and gemstone jewellery (where applicable).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All disputes are subject to Jodhpur jurisdiction only.
