1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and certificates.

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  3. We’ll arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days after item inspection.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

once we receive request  for  return and damaged goods we will re delivery the product in 7 business days
